- The program is designed to combine our best practices consulting and training with structured tasks for the participants to complete at the site, states Torbjörn Idhammar, IDCON’s president. 

- This series will give the plants the knowledge and skills to develop and implement the right work strategies. 

The Reliability and Maintenance Mastery Certification is comprised of seven of IDCON’s core knowledge and skill development courses.  Each of the courses is customized to the organizations’ unique situation, equipment and goals and includes general sessions to improve Reliability and Maintenance knowledge across the entire organization.  

- In thirty weeks the organization will see significant improvement in how they manage their Reliability and Maintenance Work processes, stated Owe Forsberg, IDCON Senior Consultant.
